What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic lets you upload your own spreadsheet and get started straight away for a fixed monthly rate from R200. Advanced is for farms that want a fully managed setup — we import your data, configure your dashboard, train your team, and support you every month. Pricing is based on your herd size.
How does Advanced pricing work?
We don't publish fixed rates for Advanced because every farm is different. Pricing depends on your herd size, data complexity, and the modules you need. Contact us and we'll put together a clear, tailored proposal.
What's included in Advanced?
Everything — setup and onboarding, full platform access, unlimited users, all modules, monthly support sessions, and ongoing improvements. No hidden add-on charges.
Is setup a once-off cost?
Yes. The setup fee covers onboarding, configuration, data import, and your training session. After that, your ongoing subscription covers everything.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There's no long-term lock-in. Talk to us if your situation changes and we'll sort something out.
What if I need changes after going live?
Ongoing improvements and configuration changes are included in your subscription. Your farm evolves — your dashboard should too.
